Do you offer pickup and delivery services?

Yes, we offer convenient pickup and delivery options for your laundry needs. Simply schedule your pickup on our app or website, fill your bag and we will do the rest!

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our eco-friendly products are designed to be gentle on all skin types, including sensitive skin. Rest assured that your clothes will come out clean and soft without any irritation.

Do you offer dry cleaning services?

Yes, simply go to our in store lockers.

1. Select "Drop Off" and enter your cell phone number. You will then recieve a code via text message, enter the code and an available locker will open.

2. If you need a bag, select "I Need A Bag" and the bag door will open. 

3. Place your clothes inside a bag and into the open locker. 

4. Close the locker. It's that easy. 

You will be issued a code and notified when your clothes are ready for pick up in approximately 2-3 days.

How do I place an order for pick up?

Simply go online to www.washwell.ca, select schedule a pick up and select your day and time for pick up. Or, simply callus at 416 363 1223. 

What are your hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm. 

Attended hours are from 11am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 12pm - 6pm on Saturdays.
